While the ABPBC is not eligible for Gaming funds, many of our colleagues in the literary sector such as literary magazines, BC Book Prizes and the Vancouver International Writers Festival do. This funding is crucially important to their operations and to the health of writing and publishing the province. This open letter to Minister Rich Coleman explains why the government should restore Gaming monies to the rightful recipients.
