Minister Lana Popham to announce new funding for British Columbia’s book publishing sector at the BC Legislature, April 23, 2024
(VICTORIA, BC) – In celebration of the vibrant book publishing industry across the province, the Government of British Columbia will proclaim Tuesday, April 23, 2024, as the 10th annual BC Book Day.
In recognition of the important cultural and economic contributions of this sector, Hon. Lana Popham, Minister of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport will make a funding announcement to support British Columbia’s book publishing industry at the BC Legislature’s Hall of Honour on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 12 noon.
